All payments for wellness services, private coaching, group classes, memberships, workshops, virtual sessions, house calls, and wellness programs are non-refundable.
Once a service has been performed or a membership/program has started, all sales are final. This policy reflects the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our offerings.
We offer a **30-day return window** for physical products purchased through GMLADAN.COM, subject to the conditions below:
Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method (minus original shipping costs). Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Digital downloads, online programs, and gift cards are non-refundable once purchased or redeemed.
